All classes can be modified to meet your requirements for all Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing requirements for control of your engineering, manufacturing and quality control of your products and assemblies.
Why Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing?
One of the most critical aspects of the design and manufacture of parts and assembly in the interpretation and application of the requirements Understanding the application of GD&T will leave the drawing requirements subject to but one interpretation through the design, manufacture and inspection of your product. There is a myth that GD&T will cost you more money to produce your product. In fact the proper application and interpretation can reduce cost and by using the MMC principle it allows all the part tolerance allowed in its next assembly. And the use of MMC allows better understanding for the manufacture of Gages and Fixtures.
QUALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS offers on-site classes. Our on-site classes can be spread over a two week period by offering the classes with half your employee's taking a 4 hour morning class from 8:00 AM to 12 PM and the remaining employee's taking a four hour afternoon From 12:00 PM to 4 PM class or we could take all employee's for four hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM This allows you to keep some required jobs running by splitting your employee's to keep hot jobs running. We use many workshop exercises and part models to help with the understanding of the subject matter. The instructor can also use your drawings to help with a better understanding of your company's requirements. I can and will remain ready to help anyone who has problems with the subject matter, 30 minutes before the morning class and the same for the afternoon class. Taking the course in its self is not enough. I need those taking the class to understand and be able to apply the requirements at class end. That way when you need more training you will consider me for future training. |
